Our life story

Classic Group started out designing, developing and building retirement villages for other operators, and soon came to recognise the opportunity to create something different for retiring Kiwis. This led to the conception of Classic Life.

We think of these as our ‘Lifestylement Villages’ with our team operating at the intersection of lifestyle and retirement – challenging the traditional concepts around retiring, selling up, and slowing down.

Connecting on and off-site as a team is what we do. We understand the importance of having a laugh and support each others’ wellbeing outside the office.
Here at Classic Life, we are all working as one team, playing our part in creating desirable and flexible lifestyle choices for Kiwis.

Working in the retirement sector for over 23 years now, I joined Classic Life 2018 with a wealth of experience.

My passion lies in creating sustainable village models that exceed the expectations of residents and stakeholders. Working mainly in the sales and operational space, I work closely with Classic Group’s development partners to bring new villages to life.

It’s a privilege to see our villages develop from a piece of undeveloped land, into progressive communities that foster lifestyle, connection, and a true sense of belonging for their residents.

I enjoy leading a team of people who are passionate about supporting our residents choices with authenticity, commitment and heart.
