The kind of life our residents want to live is what’s important and we are at our happiest when we see them thriving and having a good time. We’re not a corporate and we’re not a hospital, which means we can be closer to residents and care like crazy.

We work hard to understand what our residents want and need, whether this is connecting with others, meeting new people, being part of some great conversations, or getting out and about, chasing new adventures. We’re here to help.

This one may seem cliché but working as a team really is what we’re about. No-one here is ever short of support or attention because as ‘Classic people’, we understand the value of having empathy, EQ, personal relationships, friendships and real connections.

Who said retirees have to slow down? Most of our residents still have a huge list to conquer, plenty of hobbies and interests, and they don’t really talk about the ‘r’ word. They’re older yes, but they’re not ‘old’. And we agree.

One of our passions is giving residents the freedom to live their lives as they choose. Without compromising on it. From conventional to unconventional and everything in between. Of course, it all depends on the resident, and no two are the same, but life is for living and Classic is enthusiastic, optimistic, positive, and upbeat about the how we will continue to challenge the concept of retirement.

Because our roots in the building industry are a few decades old now, designing and building quality, healthy, functional, and beautiful villages comes naturally. There’s an aftercare service and rigorous programme of maintenance for every home we build to ensure our residents don’t have to worry and that their homes are kept in top shape.
